In-Person Class Cancellation/Refund Policy:  If you need to cancel an in-person class prior to 7 days before the start of the class, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.  Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed classes or for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the class.

After School Enrichment Class Cancellation Policy:  After School vendors are not permitted to run classes in a school if the building is closed and school is not in session.  Refunds/credits will not be issued for classes that are canceled by the school due to reasons such as, but not limited to, weather, health risk, union strike, building maintenance, etc.  While American Eagle Productions will make every effort to schedule a make-up class or move the remaining class(es) to an approved online platform, we cannot guarantee these options will be permitted by the school.

In-Person Weekly Community Class/Summer Camp Health Safety Policy:  American Eagle Productions is committed to the health and safety of our staff and students.  If in-person gatherings are restricted by federal, state, or local health guidelines, American Eagle Productions will make every effort to schedule a make-up class or move the remaining class(es) to an online platform.  Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed or canceled classes due to a change in federal, state, or local health guidelines.

In-Person 1-Week Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy:  If you need to cancel a 1-week camp prior to 7 days before the start of the camp, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed days or for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the camp.

Tardy Policy:  If you are more than 10 minutes late picking up your child from class, there will be a $10 fee.  If you are more than 30 minutes late picking up your child from class, there will be a $20 fee.  These fees are so that we can compensate the teaching artist for the additional time.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so the teaching artist will know when to expect you.
