​ABOUT US

American Eagle Productions has blazed the trail for youth and educational theatre in the Chicagoland area, bringing the performing arts to over 300 schools and groups a year for the past 30 years.

Through weekly classes, after-school programming, and in-school residencies and assemblies, K-8th grade students have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the theatre by working with our our professional actors, directors, musicians, choreographers, musical directors, and teaching artists.  Our live musical and theatrical productions bring to life literature, history, and geography.  Our performing arts classes help students hone their performance skills, teaching elements of acting, singing, and dance and culminating in an original performance for families and friends. 

​Our programming builds confidence, fosters empathy, and encourages collaboration as well as provides a safe space for children to express themselves.
