Safety Guidelines
The health and safety of your child is our top priority.  American Eagle Productions has completed the Be Safe Chicago certification to ensure your camper stays safe during camp.  Our teaching artists and staff will adhere to the following safety guidelines:
  • All CDC and city health guidelines will be strictly followed.  See our full COVID Guidelines.
  • Campers are not permitted to share food.
  • American Eagle Productions follows a No Nut Policy.
  • Parents will be contacted and asked to pick up their child if their child shows any signs of illness, i.e. fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, or persistent cough or runny nose.  The camper will be separated from the group until a parent or guardian can pick up the child from camp.  Campers can return to camp if the child has been symptom and fever free for 24 hours.
  • Campers may be escorted by teaching artist(s) to a nearby park during their lunch break if city guidelines permit public playgrounds to be open. No camper shall be permitted to leave the premises without supervision.

Older campers collaborate with a professional teaching artist as well as each other to develop new characters, write an original script, and design their own props and/or costumes. These campers will also focus on honing their performance skills in acting, singing, and dance.  The camp culminates in an original performance to share with family and friends.
